OT maybe...but I saw my first Tesla truck on the street today. Mighty the funny looking! *NM*
I used to draw them in grade school! *NM*
That's funny! *NM*
To me they look like a Pinewood Derby car that the cub scout only had a chain saw to shape it with. *NM*
I saw a truck load of them near St Louis last month. They look just as bad in person as they do in the photos. *NM*
Yes! *NM*
Well, people can't whine that vehicles today "all look the same" when clearly these look like nothing else. :-P *NM*
I'd might buy one, I've got a sense of humor, but no money for Musk. *NM*
And to think we used to give the Pontiac Aztek a hard time! *NM*
LOL!! *NM*
It's the 2020s. It's about time trucks started looking futuristic. The clean styling makes some conventional pickups look overly busy, particularly at the front. *NM*
My wife and I saw one a few days ago as well. It's a big vehicle. The all slab sided sheet metal probably makes it cheap to manufacturer. However ---
There was a diecast offered of the class 8 truck, but at $300 USD, I decided against it!
In my career I spent more than a few hours (days?) in Focus Groups listening to real pickup truck owners talk about their trucks and how they use them. The Tesla truck, innovative as it may be, will never meet the needs of most pickup truck owners out there. That's my view. *NM*
The body format to me seems similar to perhaps a Honda Ridgeline or Chevy Avalanche. *NM*
I’ve seen a couple around here with wraps on them , still flat panels and slab sided but did help soften the look somewhat. *NM*
This made me laugh *NM* *LINK*
WARNING! If you are easily offended....DON'T WATCH! But I got a big laugh out of it!! *NM*
Re: This made me laugh...ME TOO :) :) :) *NM*
