Years ago there was a sketch pad in SAE or maybe Car Modeler, of smart car nose with the engine/driveline rear from an F1 car, picked up the revell kit at the time to do one with it and it’s still unbuilt in the box, lol *NM*

  - Someone in my neighborhood has one with a raspy exhaust. They go past my house periodically. I'm not sure if they have an exhaust leak or no muffler but it sounds zippy. I've seen a couple others around town too. It would be cool to see one at a car show and NOT pro-street! *NM*
    - Terry Love built one bsck then...on a dragster chassis. Forgot if was front or rear=engined.

  - I'd welcome back the Smart. I remember when you couldn't give them away but when I decided I wanted a couple they were impossible to find. Now as collectable they're over priced.----PIC----

- There's a Smart just down the street from me. Belongs to a neighbor lady who rarely drives it. *NM*
