Sorta model related... *PICS*
What a cool story. Thanks for sharing it again. I've got the book but haven't looked at it in years. I may have to dig it out again. *NM*
Seriously diggin' your story, and you should be able to tell why from my handle. 😎 *NM*
What a great story!!! *NM*
Great story! Very Interesting! Never drew Rat Fink or got in trouble for drawing in class but did draw a lot of race cars in study hall. *NM*
And It IS what it is.......your story & drawing brought a smile to my face this morning(which I needed).......I still reread chapters from your Hot Rod Model Kits book & would love to see it in print again.....many thanks for all your efforts. *NM*
Ed was a real character. First met him at Jim Brucker's 'Cars of the Stars' in Buena Park in the early 70's. Over the years we crossed paths several times. *NM*
Actually very model related. Roth and his world of Fink have made rodding both in 1:1 and scale much more colorful than they would have been otherwise. Great story! *NM*

What a character! Thanks for posting the article. It brought back fun memories for this kid of how great it was to have an an adult example of mild wackiness and fun to somehow excuse my cars and model building fixations, LOL. *NM*
Love the story... *NM*
