Is your service satellite or ground cable? For which services? Are TV, phone(wi-fi?), and internet all with the same provider? Do your cables run at some point through the crawl space or attic? May have mice or other critters chewing on them. If so, that should be

checkable. An outside possibility, depending on your place and setup, is a neighbor or someone in an adjacent unit has spliced into your line or hacked your code to use your service. Might call again and report an outage and update your equipment specs and see if they can test your equipment and maybe diagnose and sync or reset your equipment at that end? If not, sounds like Frank may be on the right track. Good luck man.
