The reason I said that I think it's a poor business practice to cast on demand, it wasn't the casting and inventory aspect. i totally understand that portion. The problem is that people go to the website for RMR and can't order anything, see everything is unavailable and then start asking around if they are out of business. Then it spreads like wildfire that they are no longer a viable company. I've seen this happen a bunch of times here and on other boards with specific relation to RMR.
Here's my walk back. If you go to RMR's home page it clearly says that all inventory levels are set to zero and to contact them if you're interested in something. In big bold black letters. So, they are up front about it, it just requires people to actually read it.
