OT.. Well that was a bust... Xfinity tech was here and says there is nothing that he can do without the landlord's consent, as the issue appears to be with the cables within the walls... So no show pics for now... Weird that I still have television and voice service though. *NM*

Is your service satellite or ground cable? For which services? Are TV, phone(wi-fi?), and internet all with the same provider? Do your cables run at some point through the crawl space or attic? May have mice or other critters chewing on them. If so, that should be
As I posted last evening, with the help of a (self-proclaimed) tech nerd buddy of mine, I was able to sort things out and traced it to the modem itself.... Everything seems to be good now. *NM*
Glad to hear it. Would be a real shame to miss out on your great pics. Sorry, I am working my way up from posts before I had a little high blood pressure issue and went in to the ER for a check up. Doing pretty well now. Have a follow up doc visit tomorrow. *NM*
Yeah, I had suspected the modem from the beginning, since the cable and phone were not effected. My buddy walked me through what I needed to do, over the phone... Surprisingly simple actually....
I've got an Xfinity guy coming over tomorrow. Hope he is better than yours! *NM*
