Nevermind... Was curious and found a Wikipedia article about it. It is a Brazilian VW from the '70s. Its shortcoming was a lack of horsepower to match its appearance and target market. Still a interesting back story. See the enclosed sample pic and a link to the article. *LINK* *PIC*
