1961s for 6-1

SMP 1961 Chevrolet. The body, glass and interior are from my original kit that I bought in 1961. It was a convertible. The chassis and engine are from the 62 Bel Air kit.

Lindberg (now AMT) 1961 Chevrolet. The 1961 SS option included narrow whitewalls, but I prefer the look of wide whites on 1961s

AMT 1961 Ford Sunliner. I got this one at a swap meet. It had a lot of the custom parts on it. But nothing was sanded off.

AMT 1961 Pontiac convertible. Another restoration of a swap meet find. Pontiac tri-tone interiors a beautiful, but involve a lot of masking to replicate it.

AMT 1961 Pontiac hardtop. This is an ebay find that I restored. Thank goodness for the Modelhaus back then for all the bits that are usually missing from built ups.

Mobius 1961 Pontiac. A great kit. Lots of detail.
