Boiling water (212°F) will either melt or destroy styrene. The least it'll do is distort it. Did anyone ever actually try this method? *NM*

What color? Tamiya makes several clear color sprays that may could work (green, red, blue, yellow, orange) *NM*

I use Tamiya clear green mixed with future floor wax brush painted on windows *NM*
