My unbuilt one has blackwalls, as does one built one. I do have a couple of them with whitewalls also *NM*
Promo vs. Kit style tires - ?
Promo tires, with the small center hole on the back side. Over the years I have had Craftsman Series kits with black or white sidewalls, seems to be no rhyme or reason to it *NM*
