  • Did you know that MPC announced that they would kit this car. It was the early '80's and sadly it never happened. *NM* *PIC*

        • At that time for MPC and most of the model companies retailers usually didn't mean the LHS, but basically the Marts and other big boxes with how many cartons would they pre-order. *NM*
    • I recall that announcement very well.... It was listed in the Model Empire Catalog at the time.... I pre-ordered two of them... Was VERY disappointed when it never materialized. *NM*

  • Just couldn't keep from wondering, is that Bronco a 3-D rendering, or a scratch built build? now days when you can let a computer program build your model, not saying this one is, would there be a seperate class from people who scratchbuild theirs, versas someone who
    • Trust me when I tell you that is based on a HEAVILY modified Revell Bronco... Ken is among the best modelers anywhere and is no stranger to cutting, kitbashing, and scratchbuilding.... He is no kit "assembler"!!!
      • When I was talking to him earlier in the day he was telling me about it and it's not a 3D print..... His body shaping and scratching is some of the most awesome work I've ever seen. *NM*
