In keeping with a military theme, at least for the present, this will be the next build from the C of F shops. So far I've cast the wheels and tires in resin. No decision yet as to whether it will be a steel cab version or the soft top. They stopped making the hard top in '42. The hood and fenders are exactly the same as the Class 325 fire engines I did previously. And the '41 Chevy pickup will donate the engine. But this will be a GMC and the long version of the cargo truck that was done with a split frame. I've collected the "Walkaround" photo book and a "Tankograd" book for reference. Lots of preliminary drawings in CAD before getting more into the actual build. Will post progress once there is something definite to show. After that it will be time to get back into the fire engine builds.
