I think would be a Dana 40 / 44 series from any Chevy, Dodge, or pre I-beam Ford pickup. (or a Jeep too - possibly other older 4x4 kits.).

I plan making the MPC Dodge kit I have a 4x4 - and probably will be using the front suspension off the AMT Chevy DESERTER kit I have.

At least that's my plan. :-)
