The old tool kit came out under T-129 in 1962. It was reissued in a new box in 1965 under 2129, again (as the Mod Rod) as quote: (2129) T-254, and in a new box under T-254 in 1970. Same kit unchanged (other than a few decals) in all three releases.

Here is a real cool pic of the Alakart taken back inna day, and it appears to show the car sitting lower than I remember the way the kit builds up. I'm gonna hafta remember this when I build mine. *NM* *PIC*
