As I was unable to spray paint, I chose this oldie, body molded in metallic red with black, chrome and clear parts. I polished the body but had to be careful in a few sports where the colour was spotty. I did not want to polish through the metallic. I added a mesh grille cover and BareMetalFoil to the roof and windshield frame. The hinges are not very good and the doors do not fit well, so they are tacked in place. Total time building was 8-9 hours, the rest of the time was watching the race and snacking :)

I keep saying this, if you have never done a 24 hour build or a 12 hour build, try it. You will learn how to organize your build, how not to get carried away and most important, that it is fun to do :) So do it :)
