I'd never tell anyone there is only one method. I found that #1699 always works for ME.........but that is no guarantee to anyone else.

I like to use lots of different paints: Krylon, Rustoleum, Valspar, testors and Tamiya, but can't find a primer that works with all of them. Is there one?? *NM*
