Morning all. I have a few questions on 69 Camaro's. I am planning on building a few of the Revell kits with one being a replica of my Pastor's RS version he used to own.
I use Testor Hugger Orange, not exact exact but close enough for scale use.... Try Model car garage for the PE stuff. May expect to spend $15-$20 bucks *NM*
Thanks for the info Frank. *NM*

Reminds me of the recent Tru-Paint (??) ad I've seen in a few hobby magazines. They have a paint SET for '69-'71 Boss Mustangs, but there's a photo of a 2012 or so Mustang Boss 302 next to the list..,and the paint color list shows 'Ford Engine Red'!
Frank's correct. MCG has a PE fret for these, but it covers all models so you'll have a bunch of scripts/fender badges left over. Stuff's spendy, but Bob Koronow (owner) does top-quality work. Super nice guy with whom to deal. *NM*
Yeah looked them up Munchie and yeah it would be costly but look really mice and seems tocover every option made. *NM*
The only one of the Revell kits that has the RS grille is the 2000 issue, the Blue box art , and the kit is molded in blue..... *LINK*
The Baldwin/Motion issue and both convertible and a couple other issues have the RS grille too but, IIRC, have "SS" emblems instead of "RS". Photoetch will take care of that though. *NM*
Yeah Steve that's what I am finding out as I dig deeper. *NM*
I wasn't too clear in my post, I meant to say the only one with the RS emblem cast in the grille was the early z/28. Sorry for any confusion. *NM*
Thanks Crime Dog I will check it out. *NM*
