You mean like the half hour walking around this one at Castle AFB Museum. Luckily most of the stuff I like are vintage civil light aircraft *PIC*

Interesting article. They have had several lately. Here's a couple of shots of the one down at Pima in Tucson. Glad they're not doing the Gannet in 72 or I'd have to get it since its such an odd looking plane. I'm pass due for another trip down there. *PIC*
This should be below Bruce's post, Need my afternoon coffee. *NM*
Wayne, all good, both the 1/48 Gannet & 1/48 Avro Anson are to have Oz RAN & RAAF decals so I'm saving up already.....lol....that Airfix article/blog? was quite good....thanks. *NM*
I don't get many plane kits so I've put a strict rule to keep everything at 1/72 both for scale comparison and to keep the space down. That's why if I was just getting serious about cars now would probably go with 1/32, maybe even 1/43. *NM*
Wayne you & Boomer need to compare notes.........lol..1/72?....the Mono B36 in that scale is only a 36" wingspan.....perfect for the small display area........lol.. *NM*

Yes, its a Staggerwing and Yes AMT did one in 48th. Nice kit. I've got a 1.72 one stashed away that I need to get to someday (along with a couple of hundred others). *NM*
The blue "Staggerwing Beech" ? I have two of each(172nd and 1/48th scale). Built. not painted yet. Andy d? I have had a 1/72nd Avro Anson, buil, painted, but no decals as of yet. *NM*
Funny but I jut received a 1/32 P-47 the other day, and finally came across a sealed Gulfhawk I have been wanting for a long time. :-) *PIC*
