The blacktop is just thin black foam from Hobby Lobby. Curbs are balsa wood cut and painted yellow
In Response To: This is for Irvin Arter Jr. You've probably fielded this question a hundred times. What did you make the parking spots you have Shirley Shahan's Plymouth on? Are the parking blocks painted wood? What did you use for the yellow parking lines? Is the "pavement" sandpaper? *NM* ()

The lines I made a stencil that I loosely lay on top so I get overspray like real lines are done. I airbrush acrylic yellow on it. Thats it. I used to sell them way back in the early 2000's
