I have always just accepted that most Revell equivalent kits compared to AMT or MPC are "slightly" bigger. I just assumed it was the Monogram influence.....

.....Monogram back in the day seemed stuck at the 1/24 scale as opposed to the others at 1/25 scale. I noticed with the Revellogram merger that some kits that were 1/24 scale when branded as a Monogram were reissued Under the Revell brand but stated on the box as 1/25 !!! I do not know if it is just me that noticed this so I have been conditioned to accept that anything Revell or Monogram is going to be a bit bigger than the AMT or MPC counterpart. Just my few pennies !!!! KT
