'56 Chevy, with a generator and regulator, which are both good. *NM*
Ask google, they even have a short video on what to do. *NM*
Sounds like you may have a "draw" in the system and not really a "short"......
Yes, that's how I now remember what to do. Unfortunately, I have yet to see the fuse block on this car. Of course, I haven't really looked hard for it. But thanks. *NM*
I bought this tool in the early '70s and it's still sold... *PIC*
Pull one of the cables off and put a volt meter in between the post and cable see how much draw you have. *NM*
