I think that's right. Torsion bars on Mopars, both 1:1 and Salvinos kit, and coil springs on GM, though I don't have a Salvinos GM kit at hand to check for sure.

Also, keep in mind that even though configuration is the same or similar between NASCAR and factory stock, the NASCAR racers would often have modified suspension parts, and use dual shocks, etc. etc.

For my purposes, I usually just go with what the kit has, as I just want to capture the look, but not necessarily count rivets. That said, if something really stood out for me when looking at the 1:1, I would probably make changes to appease the rivet counter hiding inside of me...
