That said, a Tamiya rattle can is probably good for a fair sized 1/25 build with a few coats (color sanding or a panel re-coat in there somewhere)

They have the high ground in the hobby, IMO, it is the best stuff you can buy, and at my LHS, it is less costly than the spotty selection of Testors.

Now that I am officially retired, once I get a few things wuared away, Imma build my Klaus Raddatz "Canmaster 3000" and drain the leakers before I lose all that investment.
