I'm hoping anyone into vintage drag racing might be able to help me out. My friend John Teresi asked me about making up some 1/12th scale decals, and I'm having a hard time finding info on one sponsor decal. *PIC*
One thing that might help with guessing is that he didn't build the car; MPC built it for him. Anyway, looks like you could give him a call and ask -- his "George's Speed Shop" is still around, with a website http://ohiogeorge.com/ that lists a phone number.
Thanks, I did find their website, and a FB page, but neither has an email or pm way of contacting them. The phone number seems to be for contacting them about having an engine built by them, & didn't want to call them about just getting info for a decal sheet. *NM*
There was definitely a Vette Shop in the Detroit area

Thanks for the info. I did find something on eBay about The Vette Shop, the had a business card and pics. *NM* *PIC*
This was the pic. *NM* *PIC*
Thanks for the info everyone. Since I can't seem to find much info online, & very few pics of the car, I can probably make something up that will look close and make it work. *NM*
After staring at the pic for a few days, and the research I've done, what I think the lettering above the Zoom decal says maybe is Jon Sheppard "Owner".
