It was a Disney collectible, cast in a heavy resin. It's roughly 1/24 scale, which is why I bought it. I guess it's based more on some Disney TV series than on the movie car. *NM*

I keep thinking of pulling the trigger on one of those Johnny (yes, I know that it should be spelled without the "h", but the naughty word filter won't let me) Quest Dragon Fly kits.... Ah, the childhood memories! *NM*
All of them look really nice. Is the new Batmobile one of the 1/35th scale kits, or something else? I just got an email for a 3D file offer for that Spinner car, probably cheaper than trying to find one of those kits. *NM*
The new Batmobile is a diecast. I did some detail painting on it to bring out textures and features. The Spinners were expensive when they were new. If you watch, you can find one for near-retail (about $70.00). *NM*
