1960 Unibody is not that different from 1959 body/chassis...

Many dimensions and parts are the same, or substantially the same. Those first Unibodies were little more than the old bodies with the center section cut out of the frame, with the front and rear stubs being welded to the floor. There's a guy out there who reskinned a 1:1 '64 Dodge 880 convertible as a '59...even he was surprised by how little he had to change once he put a tape measure to both cars.
I'd look at the '58 Plymouth or '57 Chrysler for suspension parts and front/rear "Unibody" frame stubs, and alter the center section of the Unibody floorpan to make everything line up...
