AMT '40 Ford coupe (non-stock, with Ford transmission). Closer to stock would be AMT '62 Buick (very simplified, something like eight parts) *NM*

Is there a kit that has a mid-50's Buick engine? Don't really want to put a Chevy in my conversion. *NM*

Perfect, Thanks, Now I know why I kept buying kits even when I didn't expect to build them. *NM*
I have a spare one if you want it. *NM*
Thanks for the offer, but I got it covered. *NM*
Several years ago, I cast the promo engine insert for the '61-2 Buick, if you want to pinch the engine and still finish the '62, LMK. *NM*
A better one could/would be the 401 from the 65 or 66 Riviera. It was the same block from 1959 to 1966. Basically it looked the same in the early 50's as well. Here is a pic of a 55 version.
Thanks, I've got that one too. I'll compare and see what works best. Thanks for the pix too. *NM*
