The one weak point of RM engineering for, well, ages

All the kits I really enjoy - Model As, Sizzlers, '55 Chevys, Thunderbolt, etc. will typically have at least one leg broken on the dadgum front (or rear) suspension.

Early on - well, I get it. You don't know what you don't know.

But many's the Monogram kit that has been re-engineered with brass rod, channel and JB Weld to strengthen weak sections

Better solution - 3D print in a tougher nylon and engineer out some of the known weak areas.
