• Question about the AMT '67 Camaro Z28 #6638. The side trim that's molded into the body between the wheel wells and runs along the bottom side of the door. Is it suppose to be that prominent? *NM* *PIC*

    • The Ford Raptor is a easy build and the'54 Ford was made from a "53 Ford that was modified with scratch made items. *NM*

  • thanks MileHigh....if ever you build one give me a buzz as I have a few tips, it like the Hydroplaane are made from ABS plastic so normal styrene glue is not good, the Munro is based on their diecast so has a few screws, biggest hassle was no chrome parts so BMF or Molotow

  • Are they five slots? These are resin reproductions of the ones in the Lil' Red Express. There is a vendor on ebay selling them. The size that they are look great on my Cobra II here. ...... *PICS* .....
    • The Pinto units are four-lug, as would be needed for a 100% stock Mustang II *NM*
      • Has any model kit / manufacturer ever made 4 lug slots ? Or a resin caster ? I don't know of any so I bought the closest thing that I could find. They're good enough for me. *NM*
        • Yes, every MPC Pinto has 4 lug slots including the wagon that was reissued a few years ago. *NM*
    • I have a set of 5 lugs that would work but am trying for a stock. On 1:1's, adapters for 5 lugs were available so I could go with that but thought the 4 lugs are more believable, *NM*
  • Theres a pair of 5 slot, 4 lug sloted chromed mag wheels in every AMT OGM 33 Willys Coupe & Delivery kit........I have a spare set but postage from Oz just for them would be $15-20 Oz.....hope you can find a set in Nth America. *NM*

  • Bob, I thought I was crazy so I checked my kit.The recently issued '77 Pinto #1166 has slotted wheels but they're 5 lug. The stock wheels in the kit are 4 lugs...BOXART INSIDE...
    • Bob, the AMT '33 Willys has 2 slotted front wheels 4 lug. The 2 slotted rear wheels are 5 lug. You'd need 2 kits for 4 slotted 4 lugs. *NM*
